hip:com Summer Party – After Work, Music & Community Spirit
A perfect summer evening on the hip campus: This year’s hip:com e. V. Summer Party brought together members, neighbors, and friends in a relaxed after-work atmosphere. With live music from the band Schartel, fun activities like pickleball, and delicious food from the SOMERVILLE restaurants, the community had plenty of opportunities to connect and get to know each other better.
Events like this are only possible thanks to the strong commitment of our members. They are the driving force that keeps the hip:com network vibrant and shows how collaboration and community thrive at the Heidelberg Innovation Park.

The historic building from the beginning 20th century has been carefully restored to the highest modern standards. Today, it stands as SOMERVILLE – an innovative office building in the heart of the Heidelberg Innovation Park (hip), centrally located at Mary-Somerville-Platz. Its ground floor is home to a diverse range of restaurants – ideal for a lunch break, a quick snack in between, or a business lunch.
